Gaga teamed her new ‘do with a black unitard and black and blue jacket with huge shoulders – giving her the overall impression of a sea serpent with scales all over her body.
Gaga performed live at the MMVA last night alongside other stars such as Snoop Dogg, Bruno Mars and Avril Lavigne.
