LONG BEACH, Ca. - Rapper Nate Dogg died Tuesday at the age of 41 in his hometown of Long Beach, California.
The singer, whose real name is Nathaniel D. Hale, provided smooth vocals on records by Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Dr. Dre and many others. He was a part of the 90s West Coast / G-Funk hip-hop scene and was nominated for four Grammy Awards.
Nate Dogg's most famous collaboration can be heard on the 1994 single "Regulate" featuring Warren G. The single, which was featured on the soundtrack for the movie Above The Rim, went Platinum.
